Works to improve Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfer ability. Also helps in providing adaptive equipment training, low-vision strategies, utilizing functional cognition strategies, decreasing anxiety and improving independence in the home

Provide training, techniques to promote effective swallowing, cognition training, and speech techniques

Assist in locating community resources available

Assist after acute illness or injury with Activities of Daily Living until patient and family are able to perform these tasks

Determine nutrition risk of home health clients, and develop a individualized plan of care for their diet
